Everyone has their own idea about what is healthy. I see this recipe as healthy because of all the nutritional benefits there are in the ingredients. I would normally not get that much during the day without. I have no nutritional education, so take it for what it is – you decide if it is healthy for yourself! Anywho, I present to you:

Whack it all into a blender and whizz it until it is smooth. Add milk to your preferred thickness. I like mine thick and thicker than thick, so I only put in a tiny bit.
